The second official 2019-2020 shirt for Parma Calcio 1913 is unveiled: the emotion of the yellow and blue to celebrate history

At the centre of unforgettable emotions and victories achieved over the last two decades, Parma Calcio's second official shirt reproduces the traditional colours and the classic yellow and blue horizontal stripes, revived by Erreà Sport for the new 2019-2020 season.
In keeping with the tradition of the Parma-based club, the new away shirt confirms the use of yellows and blues that have such an evocative and emotional intent, thanks also to the anniversary of their historic achievement, twenty years ago, when they won 3 Cups in 100 days (Italian Cup and UEFA Cup in the 1998-99 season, and the Italian Super Cup in1999-2000).
As always history is closely intertwined with important new elements.
While last season’s model had a yellow background with blue bands, the 2019-2020 shirt reverses the two colours, with broad yellow stripes enlivened through a texture of white diamonds in the middle and blue ones on the sides. The inserts and the edging on the collar and sleeves are embellished with a slender yellow trim. The semi-circular patch on the inside of the collar has the familiar identifying feature of the Phoenix, printed in matching shades.
Produced totally in transfer print, it has a fitted wearability and, like the first and the third kit, is a perfect match with the use and addition of a double fabric.
The central section of the shirt is made from a yarn that is particularly indicated for football: soft, strong and comfortable, ensuring perfect wearability. A second fabric, used down the sides, is characterised by the particular open structure knit, a mesh with medium-sized holes, designed to facilitate and assist breathability ensuring extraordinary ventilation and perfect regulation of the body temperature.
Like all other Erreà Sport garments, the new official Parma Calcio 1913 kits are certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which places health safety requirements at its centre and sets extremely stringent limitations on products’ components, guaranteeing a high safety standard.
